We have Staff meetings usually every 2-3 months, to see if anything needs changing or updating, and we will take on board anything our users say, and it will be discussed between our Administrators and Staff to see if the suggestion is used or not.

We have the following Channel Operator Modes:

(mode +y) = Server Operators / Administrators

(mode +q) = Channel Owners (You can have Multiple Owners on this network)

(mode +a) = Protected Operators

(mode +o) = Operators

(mode +h) = Half-Operators (Limited User)

(mode +v) = Voiced Users
